We could not have had a better experience! From start to finish, New Roof Plus made the process easy. Every person we had contact with was professional, responsive, helpful, and thorough. They walked us through the process - from knowing what to expect to filing insurance to choosing the shingles to paying the invoice. I could not recommend them more!

Greg, Stefan, Dawn and the entire team at New Roof Plus we're completely excellent throughout our roof replacement. We were able to maximize our claim with the insurance company. Our new Euroshield roof not only looks great, but offers incredible protection from hail. Greg walked us through every step of the process with ease. There is real value in doing business with New Roof Plus.

The roof on my house in Perry Park is very steep, difficult and dangerous to access but the good folks at New Roof Plus arose to the occasion and after removing the existing asphalt shingles they installed a beautiful standing seam metal roof to a high standard at a fair price. Everyone at the company is very polite, competent, professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them! Also a shout out to 5280 Metal for the excellent job of supplying and cutting the metal panels on site. Their advice on going with the 1.75 inch rib I think really made the final product stand out.

Greg, Dawn, and their entire team were very professional in their communication and coordination of each phase of the roofing replacement project for my house. I have high expectations of the services/trades that I work with as a realtor and an architect... and, i was very happy with New Roof Plus. I would recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and professional service.

From the initial email inquiring about their services to the very end, Greg and the rest of the team at New Roof Plus were wonderful to work with. They were communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, and made sure that the roof, cedar shake siding and skylights were all completed exactly the way we had hoped for. The team clearly cares about their business and puts their customers first. We highly recommend them!

From the beginning to the end this has been a five star experience. I cannot give enough praise to Brenden, Stephen and Dawn for answering all my questions and assisting me through the entire process. This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim for hail damage and I went in feeling so overwhelmed and with so many questions. Brenden answered every single question I had and even spoke with our insurance adjuster. If I had to do this all over again I would 1000% choose to work with them again. It was a seamless process from beginning to end. They worked around my busy schedule and went absolutely above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Thank you all so much for making this so easy!

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this company. Our roof was damaged in the wind storm in April 2024 when a giant pine tree was uprooted from our yard and landed on our house. Needless to say, it was very stressful and, unfortunately, our insurance company was not cooperative. Greg with New Roof Plus was amazing! He came out to the house to assess the damage and patiently walked us through what needed to happen to address the situation. He took the time to explain things to us and provided what seemed like endless requests for documentation to the insurance company. After everything was approved, Greg's team responded quickly. They worked efficiently, treated our family courteously, and did an outstanding job. We couldn't be happier!

A fantastic job on our DaVinci roof. The team communicated well, we’re on time, and were a pleasure to work with.
